The Program aims to support a diversity of talented, aspiring leaders (mentees) to progress their career while enhancing the inclusive leadership capabilities of all participants (mentees and mentors). It combines informal and formal sessions between mentees and mentors with a structured and interactive program of events and workshops between March and September 2020.

The WA Future Leader Mentoring Program is run by the Property Education Foundation in partnership with the Property Council Future Directions Committee. The program connects final year university students and recent graduates with Property Industry Leaders. The program enables participants to engage with industry through a series of events, mentor meetings and a specialised resume building workshop. This initiative is aimed at creating a forum for young property professionals to learn, network and socialise with like-minded peers and industry leaders. The program provides a roadmap for the successful transition from university into a working career within the Property Industry.
This mentoring program aims to help promote and develop women for senior leadership roles in the property industry. The key objective is to support career development of women who already have significant investment in their career, and the retention of their skills and intellectual capital within the industry. Year on year this program attracts a very high calibre of participants with mentoring relationships facilitated between professional women in middle to senior management roles with more senior leaders and decision makers, men and women, who have a passion and genuine interest in mentoring and can help shift the culture within the property industry.
