The Property Council is committed to developing and expanding talent within the industry.  We run a variety of mentoring programs to ensure the right people are matched to the right skills and advice. More information about the program in NSW, VIC and WA is available below:

Mentoring program

The Women in Leadership Mentoring Program facilitates a mentoring relationship between professional women in middle to senior management with senior leaders (men and women), who have a passion and genuine interest in shifting the culture within their organisation and the industry. The structured and interactive program includes a number of facilitated workshops between March and September 2019.

Mentoring program

This is an annual program available to men and women within the Property Council Victorian Division membership through an application process. The 12 month program includes monthly one on one mentee and mentor catch-ups along with various networking and development events. It is a program developed by a dedicated Advisory Board that brings together a broad range of industry and mentoring experience. As a result, the program and mentee/mentor selection process is designed specifically for participants to gain unique industry benefits.

Applications close by no later than 5:00pm AEST on Thursday 21 November 2019 to allow the matching process to be completed and successful applicants to be advised by the end of December 2019.
