The Property Council’s Diversity committees are focused on increasing the participation of women in the industry and the number of women in leadership roles through providing and championing specific networking, professional development and mentoring opportunities.

Being a member of a Property Council Committee helps you make an important contribution to the industry as well as build your professional network, market knowledge and profile. We have exceeded our target of 40:40:20 representation across our committees for our 2019-2020 term, with 44% of committee roles awarded to women.
