WHAT IS INVOLVED IN THE ACT GIRLS IN PROPERTY PROGRAM?
The 2018 ACT Girls in Property program was held on Tuesday 4 December involving 40 Year 9 girls from Kingsford Smith School, Melba Copland Secondary School and UC High School Kaleen. The program was delivered across a full day with a focus on student understanding the tangible opportunities of the property industry through a hands-on experience model. The day was hosted The Link, Ginninderry and included an interactive panel session, site tour and opportunity to wok on a project with industry facilitators.
The model highlighted the variety of careers available in the industry by providing the opportunity for the girls to listen, learn and interact with industry members across a range of roles and levels. To learn more about the ACT Girls in Property day, you can read the program here.
